Propipe APEX is an ultra-reliable, accurate and easy to use intelligent Above Ground Marker (AGM) that enables live remote tracking of pigs with Trident EM Transmitters, rare earth magnets or acoustically with a geophone input.
Users who pair these devices with our unique intelligent EM Transmitters, can build an entire system that tracks, logs, collects and processes pipeline data from in-situ pigs easily, seamlessly and live. The Above Ground Marker (AGM) relies on digital signal processing methods to provide robust and false-alarm free passage information. Raw data is streamed to the cloud via cellular connection or satellite radio.

This allows for all users to view each live pig passage exactly as it happens, using both local and worldwide devices.
The APEX AGM relies on digital signal processing methods to provide robust and false-alarm free passage information. Passage data is recorded continuously, and time stamped with extremely high precision, using GPS time synchronization technology.

Devices in the field can be configured and controlled over a Bluetooth connection to cellular phones or tablets using the Propipe PigView-Mobile application. Customers who purchase AGMs gain access to the entire PigView suite of software products, including the web-based portal PigView-Web for real time tracking, Pigview-Mobile and our Pigview-Analytics software package for post analysis of passage data.
